The Cause Social Club

The Cause Social Club will be there for whatever your needs may be through academics or personal issues and want to be able to walk hand in hand with each of you. As the Bible says in Proverbs 27:17, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." This is but a reflection of our idea of sharpening each other in one continuous ongoing process toward growth and continued encouragement.

Such a club unites students with active mentors-teachers and professionals who are ready to advise on particular questions and sometimes even share their experience relevant to educational and life choices. But, at the heart of our mission to empower every person to be at their best, mentorship is summarized in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 as follows: "Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.".

We work our Christian faith into our mission, to provide an environment in which students have the opportunity to reflect on their faith and find inspiration in the Bible. As such, Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," is emblematic of our very foundational philosophy-that through faith, hard work, and the support of others, we are capable of great feats.
